Adam Cianciarulo: What Now?

I cannot remember an amateur rider ever being as hyped as Adam Cianciarulo. If ever a kid has earned it, it's AC92—with the winningest amateur resume in the history of the sport. With a five-year deal inked, while he was still on minis, with Mitch Payton to ride on the Monster/PC/Kawasaki team when he turns pro and all eyes focused on how he might do when he takes that leap, there is a lot of pressure on the kid. The kid looked impressive, though, in his first race on the 250F at the Monster Energy Cup where Adam went 5-1 for second overall after a crash in moto one.

After the Monster Cup, Matt Francis from Racer X Online caught up with Adam out at Pala Raceway to talk with the sixteen year old about his immediate plans and film him turning some laps. There have been a myriad of rumors surrounding when Adam may go pro, and it sounds like it could definitely happen as soon as the 2013 Hangtown National. Hear what Adam had to say and watch him riding out at Pala by watching "Racer X Films: Adam Cianciarulo".
