Ryan Dungey: Champion

No matter what people say, I have huge amounts of respect for Ryan Dungey. And honestly, folks, his stats don't lie. He is proving that he is one of the greats. I know there are people who are saying things like he always wins when there's no competition and that he only has those stats because he's been lucky. But here's my thoughts: luck or no luck, a win is a win. And hasn't  2012 proved that he can still win no matter who he's up agianst? AND on an unproven bike, none the less.

Ryan Dungey has two pictures that inspire him. One is him standing at the starting gate with his mom at Southwick in 2011, frustrated and without a bike. The other is Lance Armstrong. Well, for me, instead of Lance, I would probably have a picture of Ryan. At 22, he's still got a lot of time left on the bike and he's already proven so much.
