Cole Thompson to Star-Valli Yamaha

There's been word going around that Star-Valli would be getting a new rider soon. It seems like all of their riders have been suffereing injuries left and right, including their fill-in rider Tommy Weeck. Now, word has gotten out via Racer X that the team has brought privateer Cole Thompson on board. The only reason I've really classified this as a rumor is because it hasn't been officially confirmed by Star-Valli Yamaha.

But, with this information from Racer X, which I know comes from a credible source, as well as the picture posted this morning on Racer X's Instagram account, it is positive that this is happening. Check out what Racer X said below, as well as the image that they got.

Racer X's Aaron Hansel has learned that Star-Valli Rockstar Yamaha has signed privateer Cole Thompson to compete in the 250 Class beginning this weekend at Washougal. We will have more details on this developing story tomorrow.
